How Many Tiles Should I Order?

We always advise to order an extra 2% of tiles to allow for wastage's and cuts that your tiler will do. Also allow 4-8% for tiles been broken or cracked during transit, due to the fragile nature of the product itself, these you can still use in corners and cuts where required.

What Is The Delivery Process?

It's important to note that all deliveries are kerb side only. This means that our delivery service will bring your tiles to the nearest accessible point to your property. From there, it will be your responsibility to transport the tiles to their final destination within your home or project site.

Where Do You Deliver?

We deliver throughout the UK, using a trusted pallet distribution service. This means that the majority of orders are shipped using a pallet delivery company. This method ensures the safe transportation of your delicate tiles, minimising the risk of breakages during transit.

Do You Sell Tile Adhesives, Accessories or Trims?

Apologies, but as a company specialises exclusively in tile sales. Whilst we don't sell tile adhesive, tile trims, or grout, we recommend checking out reputable suppliers like B&Q, Wickes, Travis Perkins or any trusted builders' merchant for these additional products.

What About Breakages in Transit?

Due to the fragile nature of our porcelain tiles, we advise allowing for 4 to 8 percent breakages in transit. While we take every precaution to package your tiles securely, accidents can happen. However, even if you do experience breakages, don't worry! These broken tiles can still be used for cuts and corners, minimising any waste.

What Packaging Do You Use?

To ensure the utmost protection for your tiles, all orders are shrink-wrapped on a pallet. This method not only secures the tiles in place but also takes into account the weight of the tiles. By using this packaging technique, we can guarantee that your tiles will arrive in pristine condition.
